The product fails closed. It does not publish findings or a PDF when totals or scope evidence are inadequate. An active Project Pass permits a no-charge replacement upload within the pass window.
Yes. Proposal files and records are private to your account. GougeAlert does not sell data, send proposals to roofers, or operate a referral marketplace.
