Account information

Name, email address, and encrypted password so you can access your reports and account.

Quote information

Project type, location, quote files, line items, contractor name if provided, and report outputs needed to perform the review.

Payment information

Stripe processes payment data. GougeAlert does not store full card numbers.

Usage and security data

Basic service, abuse-prevention, rate-limit, audit, and operational logs needed to run and secure the service.

Retention

Project quote data is retained according to the project/report lifecycle and legal requirements. Limited payment records may be retained for tax/compliance obligations.

Deletion and access

You can request account/data deletion or support through the Support page or legal@gougealert.com.
